Terms of Service

These terms apply when you buy or use an IPTV UAE subscription. Please read them before you order. By paying for a plan, you accept them.

The service

IPTV UAE provides access to live TV channels and on-demand movies and series over the internet, watched through a compatible player app on your own device. The channel line-up and the on-demand library can change over time.

Plans and prices

Plans run for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months from activation. Prices are shown in US dollars on our pricing page and confirmed in the WhatsApp chat before you pay. Plans are prepaid and don’t renew automatically: you renew by messaging us.

Ordering and activation

You order on WhatsApp. Your plan starts when we send your login details after payment is confirmed.

Your device and internet connection

You provide a compatible device and a stable internet connection. Picture quality depends on your connection, your device and the source, so we can’t promise a particular quality at all times. Our FAQ lists the speeds we recommend.

Acceptable use

  • Your login is for your own household’s personal use.
  • Don’t resell, publish or share your login or the streams.
  • Don’t copy, redistribute or interfere with the service.
  • Use the service in line with the laws that apply where you are, including the laws of the UAE.

We may suspend a login that is shared publicly or used against these terms.

Availability

We work to keep the service running around the clock, but internet services can be interrupted by maintenance, network problems or events outside our control. If something isn’t working, tell us and we will do our best to fix it.

Support

Technical support is available 24/7 on WhatsApp. We help with setup on the devices listed in our guides and with any problem on our side of the service.

Refunds

If you have a question about refunds, please ask us on WhatsApp before you pay and we will explain how we handle them.

Liability

As far as the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law.

Changes and contact
